This image was created for an Issue of Hoop published during a major outbreak of 'foot and mouth' disease in the UK, where they were killing the cattle and turning the sky black with fires. Animals don't die from 'foot and mouth' and we were horrified by the disgusting sights on our TV each evening so we tried to let the magazine be a voice for the shamanic community in the UK and felt it was right to do an image honouring the cattle people
